Throughout the year, shopping in Dundee city centre takes on a European flavour, with Continental Markets in June and December. Stallholders bring their produce from Germany, France, and Italy. Ever-popular Farmers' Markets run both in Dundee and around Angus.

The superb Wellgate Shopping Centre in Dundee is a three level building with a shopping mall on each level. These levels are interlinked by lifts, escalators and a pedestrian ramp thus providing easy movement between levels.
