Car parking
Free, onsite, floodlit car parking.
Car hire
We can provide an in house limousine service or provide telephone numbers
for car hire.
Laundry
We provide an on site laundry service - tariffs are displayed in the rooms.
We also provide off site dry cleaning service-please ask us for more details.
Currency and credit cards accepted
We accept £ sterling, Euro and sterling travellers cheques and all
major credit cards. All cheques require to be accompanied by a valid cheque
guarantee card. We are happy to arrange account facilities for corporate
customers.
Medical and dental
Reception has details of local doctors and dentists and it can be provided
upon request.
Pets
We do not permit any pets within the hotel (except guide/hearing dogs).
Special diets
We are delighted to cater for any special dietary requirement. Please
advise us at time of booking. A vegetarian menu is available at all times
in our bar and restaurant.
Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. We have family rooms and when children,
aged up to 12, stay in a family room with 2 adults, their accommodation
is free of charge. Children 12-16, are charged 50% of adult price when
sharing the adults room. There is a £5.00 charge for breakfast,
and dinner is charged as taken. We offer a children's menu. For all children
staying, we also provide a guide of activities and interests in and around
Dundee. Cots and high chairs are available.
Packed Lunches
Packed lunches are available - must be ordered by 21.00 the previous evening.
What is and is not included in price
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. There is no
service charge. Gratuities are at the customers' discretion.
Check in and out times
Check in time is 3pm - if you wish to check in earlier, please advise
in advance and we will endeavour to have your room ready. If your room
is not ready when you arrive, luggage can be stored at reception if required.
Check out time is 11am, however you are still welcome to use all the
hotel facilities and luggage can also be stored at reception if required.
